2025 Sales Banquet – Thursday 4/10 @ 6pm – 801 Chophouse

Join us for a night of recognition, good food and drink, and excellent camaraderie! Spiff payouts, big jobs, and special surprises!

$10,000 – Top Sales Rep Award – Best overall performance.  Includes but is not limited to: best attitude, team player, job planning, order submissions, communication with office and clients, job planning accurate scopes and ordered.  Clean and complete form submission, overall client experience with numerous positive reviews.  Product and process knowledge while also carrying a high volume of sales.  Highest revenue or largest job size is not required to win this award.

$5,000 – Top Producer Award – this award goes to the sales rep. that generates the most revenue during the 2023 calendar year. Any job originated in 2023 will count, jobs that don’t build or close out until 2024 will still count as long as they were originated in 2023. *Must have a minimum of over $2 million in revenue generated to qualify.

$2,500 – Grand Project Award – for the largest project built (measured in revenue) Must be originated in 2023.

$2,500 – Grand Roof Award – for the largest roof built (measured in revenue) Must be originated in 2023

Top Service Award – $100 per review – Top service award – this goes the the sales rep that provides the best service and experience to their clients and collects the most 5 star reviews on Google, Facebook or BBB. 5 reviews minimum.

April Kickoff Spiff!

File 5 claims between 4/1 and 4/8 and win $500! All claims must have contingency, claim number, and yard sign picture to qualify. Spiff will be paid out at Sales Banquet on Thursday 4/11!

BBB Reviews Bonus

Starting February 12, 2024 until April 11th, 2024 – Every 5 star BBB Review submitted earns $100 each. Let’s build up our BBB reviews – 5 star reviews only!!!!

Refer a Friend Bonus!

2024 – Refer a friend to work at Summit as a Sales Rep! Up to $3,500 if they build up to 15 jobs, ($233.33 per job up to 15) Paid in winter once their jobs are built/closed.
